  2. I just drink it with cold water and lots of lemon juice. The lemon hides the vinegar taste for the most part and it taste like lemonade a little. I hate vinegar… the smell makes me gag! I don't like vinegar salad dressing but I believe in taking care of your body and letting yourself change. Sometimes you begin to like things after you consume it for a long time. If you hate vinegar like me I recommend toughening up! ?

  4. Your "expert" is actually recommending cereal for breakfast??? Why not just eat a bowl of sugar? The idea is not to use ACV to lower blood sugar and then turn around and eat sugar. Sugar is Evil. Carbs are not good as they turn into sugar after you eat them.

  6. At my heaviest i was 300 lbs, fat all my life, now (150).Learn to control your metabolic response to reduce maintenance calories burned on a deficit by having cheat days for 1-2 days a week. Cardio 2-4 times a week, stay away from carbs as much as possible they dont fill you up even if they're healthy, leading to a relapse. avoid the daily weigh in cause weight fluctuates depending on how much food and water is left in the body.The longer you've been fat, the longer you've tried, you end up knowing more about health then skinny people. They dont understand that a 10 minute fast walk leads to painfully sore and fatigued calves, that deficits have diminished effects and the disappointment when you lose 1 lb when you calculated a 15+ lose for the month from all the starving and cardio. Although this girl is inspiring shes a rare breed who took years to achieve results. Time is important for fat people and the life style method only works when you have a health scare, you need to go extreme till your satisfied to transition to a slow weight losing lifestyle change.when your skinny always monitor your weight, you gain weight so fast you can lose yourself, feel ugly again and continue to fall. lol thanks for reading my essay:D
