I walk 7 days a week about 45 min. to an hour and do the cardio max tape from biggest loser 3 times a week- and heres what i eat

Break-
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 Kashi harvest wheat or plain cheerios
1/2 banana
cup decaf cfofee- splenda and skim milk

Lunch
yogurt- dannon light and fit 60 calorie
piece of fruit

Snack
100 calorie pack oreos or any type
diet coke

dinner
Usually the same thing-
Perdue boneless, skinless breast cooked in oven w/ salt & pepper
one big gigantic bowl of salad
1/2 teaspoon salad dressing- the special kind- fat free, sugar free, calorie free one
1 c. milk

Bed
vitiamin
what do you think.can i use improvement or is this good menu to loose weight

i think thats a great menu to lose weight!
the only thing i think u should do is eat more than just yogurt for lunch (but still healthy) drink MORE water
and try to exercise a little more =]

I am 5Ft6 and Weight 75kg. I am a vegetarian who doesn’t like salad :D
I am quite picky with food. My diet consists of pizza, sunday dinners stews and casseroles etc and quorn :) Please help i am so unhappy with the way i look

there is no such things as a safe crash diet.

eat lots of veggies, fruits, beans, whole wheat, nuts, and tofu/meat substitute. :) also if you eat eggs and dairy, eat some of those too.
