I’d love to take an online quiz or something to find out my “metabolic type” but everyhthing online costs money. Where can I find some free information?

u have to do 1 easy thing : visit a gym or a dietitian and they r able to inform u. the 1st appointment usually is free of cost at least in Europe. u need experts for that…dont try to find serious answers from net….everyone is a special condition and he\she needs different things from the other
