I walk 7 days a week about 45 min. to an hour and do the cardio max tape from biggest loser 3 times a week- and heres what i eat

Break-
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 Kashi harvest wheat or plain cheerios
1/2 banana
cup decaf cfofee- splenda and skim milk

Lunch
yogurt- dannon light and fit 60 calorie
piece of fruit

Snack
100 calorie pack oreos or any type
diet coke

dinner
Usually the same thing-
Perdue boneless, skinless breast cooked in oven w/ salt & pepper
one big gigantic bowl of salad
1/2 teaspoon salad dressing- the special kind- fat free, sugar free, calorie free one
1 c. milk

Bed
vitiamin
what do you think.can i use improvement or is this good menu to loose weight

i think thats a great menu to lose weight!
the only thing i think u should do is eat more than just yogurt for lunch (but still healthy) drink MORE water
and try to exercise a little more =]

Seven dietary indicators on 364 dentitions of working class Predynastic Egyptians from Hierakonpolis and Naqada are examined. The majority of the samples from both sites date to Naqada II (3500-3200 BC), during which these were the two main urban centers for Upper Egypt. Samples consist of adults and juveniles ranging from 6 years to over 50 years of age. Dietary indicators, including caries, calculus, abscess, periodontal disease, macrowear, microwear, and hypoplastic enamel defects are used to look for statistically significant differences between working class inhabitants of the two sites as well as sex and age groups within each site. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Nothing other than water in between.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free.

Be patient and not in a hurry.

U cannot choose spots for reduction.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.

Daily- 30 minute walk/run/aerobics/cardio and 30 minute pilates or toning excercises

breakfast- fruit salad (mixture of grapes, oranges, apples, pineapples) and oatmeal

snack- fruit or fruit salad

lunch- salad

snack- celery sticks and light ranch dressing

dinner- baked chicken with brown rice and salad (with light Italian dressing) or have soup and salad

dessert- fruit salad

Drink only water (no sodas) and lots of it.

there is no such things as a safe crash diet.

eat lots of veggies, fruits, beans, whole wheat, nuts, and tofu/meat substitute. :) also if you eat eggs and dairy, eat some of those too.
