  1. I am on a no salt no sugar no oil diet since two weeks because of a liver problem (fatty n massive-inflammed). I found lemon juice to be the best not to miss salt. I squeez half a lemon on my vegetables n it's ok. Ofc things like curry and turmeric which are present in all Indian food is helping too. Our Mauritian curries all contain turmeric etc and it does give taste too. Replacing salt wasn't that difficult. But the desire for sweet foods remains. Only allowed small amounts of fruits
