  2. Hi Whitney! First of all, thank you for all the fantastic workouts, advice, and confidence boosters!! I am re-starting my fitness journey and your channel has given me so much inspiration/ideas that I actually look forward to my next workout!! 🙂 I was wondering…all the workout vids you have are excellent but we never see you stretch (or maybe I just missed that video?), do you have any specific stretching routines you do before and/or after workouts? I feel like I have a pretty good stretching routine but right now I cannot, for the life of me, get a good stretch out of the muscles around my scapula area. I always have to use a trigger point ball to get any kind of relief in that area (supra/infraspinatus region)…not to mention I have extremely weak arms so any time I do arms (which of course activates some of the back muscles) I am in quite a bit of pain (but tolerable) the next day and I definitely am not pushing too hard. I always take it slow with shoulder/arms 🙂 Thank you for any advice you can offer!

  3. How about a stretching routine video!? Specifically for leg day, my legs (especially my hamstrings) are always sore for days after leg day. I stretch but maybe not enough??? ?

  4. just eat like normal but drink more water it will fill you up if you want to diet but I don't care IMMA EAT ALL DAT FOOD

  5. Cabbage soup – hehe. I guess that idea has come from examining very slim freed gulag prisoners who did get nothing but cabbage soup for years on end. I guess it works fine, if you need to punish yourself, harshly.

  6. My mom used to get tapeworms all the time. She lived in the Dominican Republic for a few years, and kept getting them. She named them.

  7. 5:20 i don't care if my glasses make my curry look blue, i still know it will taste the same as always and that it always tastes amazing (it wouldn't if i made it tho, haha)
