  1. Wait so meat the biggest cause of heart disease and cholesterol is not the number one? also if you want to be healthy don't drink whole milk ffs just drink soya or almond milk. We (Humans) obv are the only animal that drinks another animals breast milk.. no wonder we're all fat drinking cow hormone milk for baby calfs haha sounds ridiculous but you're also drinking puss aswell 🙂 do some research before you tell 2 million retarded people that cows milk is good for you.

  2. I think you just implied butter was not healthy. That's wrong. and there was no warning about chemicals in kale etc. Sorry to point out the mistakes but keep learning.

  3. Aldis sells frozen veggie burgers, I don't remember how much they were, but you get 4 in a box and they have whole vegetable pieces in them. Also, if you blend vegetables with some bread crumbs or crackers, they turn into a tuna cakes type thing. Lentils that are cooked and pureed make a good "meatloaf". Vegetables are never going to taste exactly like meat, but if done right they can get pretty close.

  5. Saying light soda has no redeeming health qualities, hmm, caffeine? DUH!
    And skimmed milk outside the US doesn't contain powdered milk, that's illegal almost anywhere on earth and so is adding sugar/lactose.
