  5. Great info re the flexibility dieting. So true that you prob eat less junk as you don't get the intense cravings and binges. Never did I think I could eat a slice of pizza without eating it all, last night was at krispy kreme and ate 2 doughnuts… all tracked of course! let's face it, no matter how healthy we are we all just wamt a damn doughnut now and again! Yeyy to flexible dieting ?????????
