    1. Breakfast .. 2 eggs and coffe small amount with little milk

    Then around 11 o'clock I will eat salad with more green leaves and sometimes with Tuna

    2. Launch at 4 or 5 o'clock will be either grilled chicken or meat or fish with salad as well.

    I am not eating any snacks in between and I am.not losing weight ..could you help ??

  12. I don't think you can eat enough protein to turn it into sugar if you are keeping your carbohydrate level under 20g. With intermittent fasting I6 to 8 you will lose the same amount regardless if you do keto or Atkins , I think the induction phase of Atkins trumps everything I've tried.

I've lost 21 pounds my first month, 8 pounds the first week, 4 lbs the last three…which I've never ever done before. It was always a lot the first 10-14 days and settle in around 1-2 a week ever starving myself and eating 1250-1500 a day and at 1800-2000 I am burning twice or three times more fat by doing keto and fasting. Thomas is a genius!

  19. I weight in at 189lb so my intake of protein is 70g of protein, to eat a 3-1 fats to protein I would have to eat 210g of fat that would put my calories at about 2170 far too high for me so I do about a 2 or 2.5 to 1

WOW also my blood pressure has normalized. I also have high liver enzymes from a non alcoholic fatty liver.. on my next blood work I’m hoping to see that improve as well but that’s 6 weeks away. Fingers crossed.. hoping to be at 35lb the oral lost weight by then with a fasting blood glucose of 85.. ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER TIPS I COULD USE?
