Fantastic video. Where would you place mayonnaise in this food pyramid? It’s mostly made of plant oils.

  2. 310H55V says:

the Egyptian pyramid is still surpass

  5. thedjscotto says:

@vinnyisme please don’t talk if you don’t really know what you’re talking about. it is somewhat flawed but large amounts of healthy oils (coconut, grapeseed, olive oil) is really extremely healthy for you. She does mention a lot of oils I would NOT use. Furthermore, she does not base this pyramid on metabolic typing which is obviously a huge factor in how much stout someone requires in their diet.

What music is that at the beggining of the video?
    I like it!

  7. laxraider says:

@chuckie000111 buy local and organic, otherwise u r right, wat has our world come to? =(

  8. ShygirlUsername says:

It is a terrible thought to have a lot of oils as your stout fund because they are too unstable and spoil too easily (also remember before you take them home to store they have been sitting in the store for weeks). Whole sources of stout are by far surpass for you (pumpkin seeds, almonds, avocados, etc)

  9. MrTigerattitude says:

    Fake

  10. brandonjaylocke says:

I AGREE COMPLETELY! wow, I’m so glad there’s a pyramid that pulls together everything I’ve learned about healthy eating all in one place! This is fantastic. I’m really showing this to people.

  11. brandonjaylocke says:

(b4 watching) Absolutely not! That’s ridiculous. I’m a health buff, so I know there are essential fatty acids that we all need to be healthy. Omega 3, 6 and 9. That and lots of mono and poly unsaturated fats are much surpass than a lot of saturated and especially trans fats because they stabilize your cholesterol and prevent the all too ordinary disease of arteriosclerosis and heart disease!!!

  12. chuckie000111 says:

it doesnt matter anymore what u eat its all bullshit because they are feeding us shit on purpose , no more natural food no more fresh food all chemical shit , dont b fooled the only fresh food ur going to get is grow ur own , even fruit and vegies r shit,

  13. karenpulecio1 says:

  16. kaiter3 says:

Not toooo much, just don’t go excessive. Don’t do it if you don’t have to

  17. jjayhole says:

I concur that stout is essential for proper nutritional excellence, but there is a HUGE difference in health properties of extracted oils and “Whole food fats”…this is the difference in eating olive oil and whole olives…that is one of the major differences in the nutritional research related to neurological, hormonal and cardiovascular disorders. The extracted forms of oils (any oils) makes it a refined food heating it at all furthers the oxidization= diseases…check it out…

  18. melissamunroe says:

IMPORTANT: Soya has been associated as a problem food for women with and/or at high risk for breast cancer. The high estrogen content of this food stimulates estrogen fueled cancers. Best to consume very small amounts if this is a nutrient you like to eat.

  19. LuoZhongLiang says:

Although I influence plant based oils are essential, on a 2000 calorie diet one should limit their stout intake to no more than 73 grams or 657 calories of stout per day. Considering that the bread, dairy, meat/fish, veg, fruit, ect. in one’s diet will invariably contain much, if not all the required daily amount of stout, reasonably no more than 2 tablespoons (28g or 252 calories) of plant oil should be added to one’s daily diet.

  20. TheBRAIN357 says:

People should eat grain, dairy products, and vegetables more often because they’re the most vital. Vegetables and fruits are the most healthiest. If you eat to much junk food, you earn too much carbohydrates which isn’t healthy for you. They can make strokes and heart attacks because they’re sugar, which gets in the way for blood cells to journey.

    @XTJimbo1910

Nothing incorrect with soya. I drink and use soya milk all the time and it doesn’t hurt me.

  25. daro2096 says:

Milk is a poor fund for calcium.

I recommend eating Kale which is high in calcium.

I highly recommend getting rid of meat and dairy products out of your diet. Fish is full of human pollution, reckon about it. Human pollution goes out into the sea, the fish takes this pollution in, and fishermen come along and catch the fish and you eat it along with all the pollution the fish absorbed.

Cheese stays in your stomach up to 12 hours. Cheese is virtual indigestible.

    Soya is excellent for you.
