I walk 7 days a week about 45 min. to an hour and do the cardio max tape from biggest loser 3 times a week- and heres what i eat

Break-
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 Kashi harvest wheat or plain cheerios
1/2 banana
cup decaf cfofee- splenda and skim milk

Lunch
yogurt- dannon light and fit 60 calorie
piece of fruit

Snack
100 calorie pack oreos or any type
diet coke

dinner
Usually the same thing-
Perdue boneless, skinless breast cooked in oven w/ salt & pepper
one big gigantic bowl of salad
1/2 teaspoon salad dressing- the special kind- fat free, sugar free, calorie free one
1 c. milk

Bed
vitiamin
what do you think.can i use improvement or is this good menu to loose weight

i think thats a great menu to lose weight!
the only thing i think u should do is eat more than just yogurt for lunch (but still healthy) drink MORE water
and try to exercise a little more =]

    i think this is a very good menu to loose weight but you might want to add aprotien to your lunch

    That food plan is very very high carbohydrate!! No fat in it at all, and one serving of protein!!!

    I would be that much overweight too if I ate that way!!!

    http://www.sparkpeople.com is a free site with loads of help. Just fill in your stats and preferences and it will help you with your food plan.

    Or you can go to Dr Sears site. Some of it is free. I don’t agree with his supplements but that is what keeps his site on line. It is meant for diabetics food plans, but is very useful for nutrition planning.

    Your exercise plan is good. I do similar type workouts. Especially the walking.
